RFID at the airport

Did you know that in 2011 more than 22 million pieces of luggage have been misrouted?

Probably not…

That's why one airport has something special. When traveling on Portuguese airports belonging to ANA (Aeroportos e Navegação Aérea), the checked baggage gets tagged outside with a clearly visible RFID label for automated and non-contact identification, if the luggage isn't already marked with a readable RFID tag.

Using those RFID tags suitcases and other pieces of luggage can be marked and traced easily. The precise positioning and complete traceability allow transparency.

Do you also want to mark your products and packages with a RFID label or do you plan using RFID at the airport and need therefore labels?
